Position: Shop Helper / Assembler
Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday
- 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Four-day work week with three-day weekends
Pay:
- Starting at $17.00–$22.00 per hour
- Based on experience and skills

Responsibilities:
- Assemble aluminum products and components according to work orders
- Assist welders and fabricators with shop projects
- Measure, cut, drill, and prepare materials for assembly
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely
- Package finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Perform other general shop duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing, assembly, or shop experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
