Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and motivated carpenters to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry tasks on residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will help transform blueprints and technical drawings into tangible structures, contributing to the successful completion of renovation, restoration, and new construction projects. Duties
- Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood framing, cabinetry, doors, siding, trim, flooring, and other wood construction materials.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for woodworking safely and efficiently to complete various carpentry tasks.
- Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for framing, rebar installation, plastering, stucco application, and masonry work.
- Install fixtures such as cabinets, doors, moldings, and hardware with precision and attention to detail.
- Conduct restoration work including water damage remediation, mold remediation, siding repairs, and general building refurbishment.
- Follow safety protocols related to power tool operation and construction site safety to maintain a secure work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction estimating, blueprint reading, framing (metal stud or wood), and residential carpentry projects.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools for woodworking, woodworking machines, and wood construction materials.
- Strong understanding of construction plans and technical drawings; ability to interpret technical specifications accurately.
- Knowledge of power tool safety practices and experience operating various power tools used in carpentry.
- Experience with installation of flooring, cabinetry, doors hanging, fixture installation, siding, stucco applications, caulking, and trim carpentry.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining quality standards on-site.
- Construction site experience including remodeling projects or restoration industry background is highly desirable.
- Additional skills such as plastering, rebar installation, metal stud framing, water damage restoration or mold remediation are a plus.
- Valid experience in the restoration industry or handyman work is advantageous for versatile project support.

Pay: $28.25 - $55.00 per hour
