Facilities Porter

We are looking for a motivated, organized and reliable individual to join a growing team as an Facilities Porter in maintaining and improving the overall property value of our customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute organizational functions
Work in concert with management in executing organizational policies
Execute short and long-term planning initiatives as directed by the management
Operator cleaning equipment
Operator snow equipment
Perform daily SOP maintenance requirements
Work in team cluster of 3 - 6 team members
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
1 – 2 years of relevant experience in facilities operations
Must be available to work after hours and weekends based on business demands
Must be able to use a cell phone or smart device for text messaging
Understanding of how cleaning equipment operates (sweepers and scrubbers)

Pay: $17.00 per hour

- This position is approximately 90% outdoors and requires working in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow), prolonged standing and walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and operating/pushing cleaning equipment such as sweeping machines.

Experience:
- Facility operations: 1 year (Preferred)
