Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life through personalized therapy plans. Your expertise will support individuals across outpatient clinic.
Bilingual is highly recommend including but not limited to Spanish or Armenian.
Duties
- Assess patients’ physical conditions by reviewing medical histories and conducting comprehensive evaluations of movement, strength, flexibility, and functional abilities.
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices to promote healing and restore function.
- Utilize medical equipment such as therapeutic modalities, orthotics, and assistive devices to enhance rehabilitation outcomes.
- Perform hands-on therapy techniques including manual therapy, joint mobilizations
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, exercises, and home programs to support ongoing recovery.
- Document patient progress accurately in compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain detailed treatment records.
Qualifications
- Proven experience practicing as a licensed Physical Therapist in diverse healthcare environments such as outpatient clinics, hospitals, or sub-acute care units.
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, orthopedics, geriatrics, and hospital medicine.
- Skilled in the operation of medical equipment used in physical therapy interventions.
- Outpatient or clinic experience is preferred to support a broad range of patient needs.
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
