What Adams Service Technicians Do
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (light commercial systems)
- Perform maintenance and service calls
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Recommend solutions when needed
- Maintain accurate service records
- Represent Adams Heating & Air Conditioning with professionalism and integrity
What Makes a Great Adams Service Technician
- Minimum 3 years residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Type II certification; HVAC certificates
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Professional appearance & positive attitude
- Good communication & customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license & good driving record
Pay & Earning Potential
$75,000 - $120,000+ annually
(Based on experience, certifications, productivity, incentives, overtime, and overall performance.)
