American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Long-Term Care position at a Critical Access Hospital, requiring a PA or Compact RN license and flexibility across evening and day shifts.

Long-term care unit within a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital (CAH) serving a rural community in northeast Pennsylvania
-
Primary shift is evenings (3p-11p), with flexibility required for both 7a-3p and 3p-11p shifts on a 5x8 schedule (37.5 hrs/week)

Every other weekend (EOW) required

13-week contract

Active PA RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand

Two professional references required for consideration

Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Charge nurse experience required, as RNs are typically the sole RN on during evening shifts

RNs are expected to take charge on evening shifts, as they are typically the only RN on the unit during that time

Local candidates are accepted and will receive the same rate as travelers
