We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our team in Hastings, NE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts to move materials, load and unload shipments, and maintain an organized workspace in a fast-paced environment.
- Operate forklifts to transport materials safely and efficiently
- Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers
- Stack and organize products in designated warehouse areas
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues
- Assist with inventory tracking and stock organization
- Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous forklift or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding role
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments
- Basic computer or inventory system knowledge
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
