Job Description:-
- Experience in Healthcare IT to support, maintain and upgrade legacy Oncology applications within a healthcare environment and good understanding of clinical Oncology workflows.
- Should have experience in Oncology specific applications: Insightive, BrainLab, Doc3EHR, Mobius 3D, MUCheck, PipsPro, RadCalc, Elekta Oncentra Brachy, Elekta Teleport, MIM Maestro, Progeny Clinical, ClearCheck and upgrades.
- Experience with Procedure Code Libraries and treatment planning systems.
- Familiar with Aria and Mosaiq and how they interface with the above listed applications.
- Required good understanding of servers, including physical, virtual and Citrix.
- Collaborate with clinicians, physicists and vendors to ensure system continuity during upgrades.
- Strong working knowledge of technical Server functionality, troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with HL7 interfaces.
- Plan, coordinate and execute upgrades for servers, virtual machines and workstations.
- Collaborate with Customer, vendor, and Clinical stakeholders to coordinate upgrade schedules and testing.
- Perform Integration Testing with EMR & HL7 interfaces.
- Plan, coordinate and execute upgrades for servers, virtual machines and workstations.
- Conduct system validation and regression testing to ensure upgrades meet functional and performance standards.
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 support during go-live and hyper care.
- Monitor and troubleshoot post-upgrade issues to ensure operational continuity.
Pay: $50.00 per hour
