Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HubSpot Administrator to take ownership of our HubSpot CRM and marketing automation ecosystem. This individual will be responsible for implementing new features, maintaining data integrity, streamlining marketing and sales workflows, and supporting cross-brand marketing initiatives across our portfolio. You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure HubSpot is optimized for scalability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- HubSpot Implementation & Configuration: Lead the setup and configuration of HubSpot tools across multiple business units, including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
- Data Management: Perform regular database maintenance including deduplication, data cleansing, list management, and segmentation.
- Workflow & Automation: Build and manage workflows, sequences, forms, and pipelines to support marketing campaigns and lead nurturing.
- Cross-Brand Coordination: Support initiatives for Netlink Voice, 888VoIP, PhoneSuite, FAXedge, and others by tailoring HubSpot usage per brand while maintaining a unified structure.
- Reporting & Analytics: Create dashboards and reports to provide insights into campaign performance, lead flow, and CRM hygiene.
- User Support & Training: Serve as a resource for HubSpot users across departments, assisting with troubleshooting and ongoing platform education.
- Beta Implementation: Participate in testing and rollout of new HubSpot features and beta programs, ensuring compatibility with our processes.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Automation
- Experience working across multiple brands or business units is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of CRM data structures, integrations, and campaign execution
- Proven ability to maintain clean, structured, and actionable CRM data
- Comfortable building sequences, workflows, and custom properties
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- HubSpot certifications (Admin, Marketing, or Sales) are a plus
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
