Job Title: General Laborer
Location: Hudsonville, MI
Shift: 1st shift openings
Pay: $17-20/hr

Assist with general production tasks, including assembly, packaging, and material handling

Load and unload materials, parts, and finished goods

Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed

Support machine operators and production staff with various tasks

Inspect parts and materials for quality and accuracy

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Perform other duties as assigned

Previous manufacturing or general labor experience preferred, but not required

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift

Comfortable working on feet for extended periods

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Manufacturing facility with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures

Physically active role requiring lifting, bending, and repetitive tasks

1st shift availability

Overtime may be required based on production needs
