About the Role
Bob Hook Chevrolet is looking for an experienced and driven Auto Collision Center Manager to lead our collision repair operation. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee daily shop operations, manage a skilled team of technicians and estimators, ensure quality repairs, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities
● Oversee all daily collision shop operations, including workflow, scheduling, and production management
● Lead, coach, and develop a team of technicians, estimators, and support staff
● Review and approve repair estimates to ensure accuracy, profitability, and compliance with insurance guidelines
● Monitor repair quality and ensure all vehicles are completed to OEM and industry standards
● Manage relationships with insurance adjusters, third-party vendors, and DRP (Direct Repair Program) partners
● Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including cycle time, CSI scores, gross profit, and technician efficiency
● Maintain shop equipment, ensure a safe working environment, and enforce OSHA and EPA compliance
● Resolve customer concerns and escalations professionally and promptly
● Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members as needed
● Manage parts ordering, inventory controls, and vendor relationships
● Report operational and financial performance to ownership/upper management

Requirements
● 3–5+ years of experience in automotive collision repair, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role
● Strong knowledge of collision repair processes, estimating, and production flow
● Experience with estimating software (CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex)
● Familiarity with DRP programs and insurance company relationships
● Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
● Strong communication and customer service skills
● I-CAR or ASE certifications preferred
● Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
