Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM Start | Fridays Off (Make-Up Day Only if Rain)
Full-Time – 40 hours per week
About the Role
Charleston Grounds Management is seeking a dependable and experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman/Driver to join our commercial maintenance team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in a job well done, and has experience in landscape maintenance.
You will be responsible for operating with a 2–3 person crew, performing scheduled maintenance tasks on commercial properties safely, efficiently, and with a focus on quality.
Job Responsibilities

Complete mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and blowing at commercial properties

Operate and maintain commercial lawn equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)

Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and professional in appearance

Transport crew and equipment to job sites safely in a company vehicle

Follow work orders and communicate with your supervisor as needed

Work effectively outdoors in all weather conditions
Requirements

Experience running or working on a landscape maintenance crew (2–3 people)

Valid, insurable driver’s license (Required)

Ability to work in hot, humid, and outdoor conditions

Physically able to perform hands-on landscape tasks daily

Reliable, professional, and ready to work as part of a team

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
