Duties
- Design and implement diverse dance curricula tailored to different age groups and skill levels, including ballet, theater dance, and contemporary styles
- Lead energetic dance classes that motivate students to explore movement confidently and safely
- Manage classroom environments effectively to ensure a positive, inclusive atmosphere conducive to learning and creativity
- Provide personalized coaching and feedback to help students improve technique and performance
Experience
- Proven experience teaching dance styles such as ballet, theater dance, or contemporary dance with a strong focus on classroom management
- Background in working with children, including preschool or early childhood education settings, with knowledge of childhood development principles
- Skills in lesson planning that integrate creative arts
