This position requires exclusive employment with sorella wax bar. Applicants must not currently own or operate a waxing salon or beauty establishment independently, and or work for another waxing salon or beauty establishment while employed with sorella wax bar.

Responsibilities
- Preform brow waxing, facial waxing, body waxing, brow lamination, brow staining, and lash lifts while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
- Deliver personalized consultations and educate clients on the best services and products for their needs.
- Build genuine relationships that encourage client loyalty, referrals, and long term retention
- Recommend retail products and memberships that enhance each clients results and home care routine.
- Consistently meet company standards for client satisfaction, re-booking and overall guest experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment room at all times.
- Assist with daily salon operations, including opening and closing duties, cleaning, inventory and restocking.
- Represent Sorella with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude every day.
Experience
- Active California Esthetician or Cosmetology license
- 1 year experience with brow services (most important) , lash lifts, body waxing or related esthetic services.
- Retail sales and client education

Pay: $19.00 - $33.00 per hour
