Position Summary
The Benefits Technology Specialist assists the Benefits Technology Manager & team to create systems, processes & integrations for our clients to alleviate HR administrative burden.
Essential Functions

Gain knowledge in the Employee Navigator system to become a subject matter expert

Configure plan communications in Employee Navigator to educate employees on their benefit offerings

Complete employee data censuses, enrollment censuses, and audits for Employee Navigator builds & current
clients -
Create data integrations with carrier & vendor partners for our Employee Navigator and external payroll systems
clients -
Respond to client requests and inquiries

Renew and audit client systems during benefits renewal & manage Open Enrollment timeline & communication
with clients & internal team -
Own project plans & timelines for successful client and/or integration implementations

Analyze system modules to create solutions for clients’ needs & present options to client contacts

Complete applicable trainings to gain experience and knowledge in the technology systems provided to CGO
clients -
Assist with ACA Reporting through Employee Navigator

Build relationships with and communicate with internal team when questions and inquiries arise

Educate and train internal team members on CGO benefit technology systems, where appropriate
-
Provide support to the Benefit Technology Manager & team where needed

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma + Applicable Work Experience
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong written and verbal communication skills – must be comfortable presenting & communicating to clients
