Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the lounge restaurant and bar, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Oversee entertainment events, including coordination with DJs and performers.

Foster relationships with high net worth guests to provide personalized service.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Lead and train front-of-house and kitchen staff to maintain high service standards.

Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to increase profitability.

Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
Requirements

Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
