Under the direction of the administrators, the administrative assistant is responsible for assisting students, parents, staff, and visitors.
Qualifications:
Required:

High School diploma or general education degree

Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and student information systems

Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven organizational skills

Demonstrated success as a collaborator and proven team player

Demonstrated successful communication skills with students, staff, parents, and community
Desired Characteristics:

Prior administrative/office experience preferred

Ability to handle many job responsibilities and prioritize duties

Duties:
-
Provide administrative support to all High School Administrators
-
To assist students, parents, staff, and visitors
-
Type correspondence, answer phones, process mail, and maintain general office files
-
Process and maintain all necessary paperwork for supplies, materials, equipment, and inventory

Maintain and communicate all discipline records and files
-
Ability to plan and organize; good work habits
-
Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents
-
To accurately maintain student information system on a timely basis
-
Process daily attendance for all high school students

Willing and able to be trained in medical areas: diabetic screening, dispensing medicine, lice checks, fevers, etc.

Perform other duties as assigned by administration
