Postero New American in downtown Hendersonville, NC, is a busy restaurant with many reservations and a constant wait list. The ability to multi-task and adapt plans to changing circumstances is a must. We need people who can work well with a team and hustle while keeping a positive attitude! First impressions count! You are the first person guests see when they walk in the door; it's your job to make them feel welcome, glad they came and to seat them quickly. Hosts also ensure guest touch points are clean and sanitized; when the guest is done with their meal, to give them a genuine thank you as they walk out the door. On top of seating guests, you assist Servers and Managers by communicating with them in terms of party counts, seating, and any special celebrations so that everything runs smoothly. Hosts can make guest experiences great - and being a Host can be a lot of fun!

Postero is currently open Tuesday through Saturday for dinner from 5:00-8:30 (9:30 on Friday and Saturday). We are closed Sundays and Mondays. Work hours would be 4:00-8:30/9:30 for dinner.
