Social Media Talent Manager : Job Type: Full-time.
Responsibilities:
- Successfully search for fitness influencers
- Recruit fitness influencers
- Negotiate contract with fitness influencers
- Build and manage an influencer team
- Coach influencers
- Educate influencer team on company and company products
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales
- Oversea weekly, monthly, and yearly individual and team performance
- Implement policies and processes to improve overall efficiency and control
- Support the operations in the establishment of operational and financial metrics that will help drive profitability or cost cutting measures
- Stay current with trends in influencer marketing and identify new trends
- Plan promotional material for launches
- Must have strong communication skills and attention to details

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
