In this role, you will be the link between the customer and their vehicle service. You will assist the customer with questions regarding the service experience and setting appointments.
Some price quoting will be involved as well as rental contracts and vehicle check in.

Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments
Respond quickly to phone calls and internet appointments
Provide customers with initial service center information and appoint them to the correct Service Advisor
Follow up with customers that are a no-show
Participate in team & process development sessions
Utilize dealership computer program for appointments and tracking
