Responsibilities
- Install flake-system Polyurea floors in garages, pool decks, driveways, and commercial areas.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for precise measurements and cuts.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their flooring needs and preferences.
- Prepare surfaces for installation by removing old flooring, repairing subfloors, or addressing water damage restoration as needed.
- Lay out flooring according to schematics and design specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Flooring Installer or in a related field within the restoration industry.
- Proficiency with power tools and hand tools relevant to flooring installation.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for accurate installations.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials.
