Position: Full-time civil litigation paralegal to work in a team environment with several attorneys and paralegals in complex civil litigation matters. The successful candidate will be a team-player, have a high-level attention to detail, strong oral and written communication skills, strong computer skills, the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and the ability to multi-task in busy litigation environment.
Job Description: Responsible for performing all levels of civil litigation support tasks, including:
Communicating and interfacing with clients, co-counsel and opposing counsel, docketing attorney and paralegal case calendars, scheduling and attending meetings and conferences, familiarity with superior court and district court rules of procedure, preparing discovery documents, reviewing discovery responses and preparing documents for production, preparing and filing complaints, court notices and motions, assisting with deposition areas of inquiry and summaries, coordinating and conducting witness interviews, assisting with hearing and trial preparation, identifying and assembling all case exhibits, attending court hearings and trial if needed, conducting legal research and all other areas needed to support case development and strategy.
Experience: 10 years plus in the civil litigation field. College degree and/or paralegal studies degree preferred.
Technical Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Westlaw, Turbo Court, Pacer/ECF, TEAMS, OneDrive, Caselines, familiarity with litigation document management software (prior experience using PerfectLaw is not required but the selected candidate will need to become competent at using PerfectLaw for several tasks, including time-based billing, calendaring, client file management and document storage)

Pay: $70,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
