Woody Smith Hyundai is looking for one full time Receptionists in Idaho Falls.
The ideal candidate for this position would meet the following criteria:
-Professional manner with customers on the phone
-A highly developed ability to verbally communicate in a clear and concise manner
-Ability to function in a fast-paced working environment
-Strong attention to detail
-The capability to demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving skills
-Possess the skill set to be accountable and to strive for continual improvement in all aspects of their performance
Main Job duties:
-Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
-Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
