Entry-level Pricing Specialist , you will play a crucial role in the success of our Consignment retail operations. The Pricing Specialist will be responsible for accurately and e ciently pricing products in our store's resale management software called Traxia, ensuring that the items being priced are well-represented and appealing to potential customers. Your attention to detail and ability to e ectively showcase products will contribute to our sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Product Pricing: Create and manage pricing for products on Traxia. This includes writing engaging product titles, and descriptions, and selecting appropriate categories and keywords.
Product Research: Conduct Product research to find current pricing trends using Google
Lens. Stay updated on pricing strategies to optimize product listings and increase sales potential. Comparing product pricing on various e-commerce platforms.
Quality Control: Conduct initial quality control procedures on consigned items. Separating consigned items to go onto e-commerce platforms, & or Retail sales floor. Separating broken or damaged items to be disposed of & deciding if items should be donated.
Customer Service: Assist with customer inquiries & in-store sales, ensuring a positive and satisfactory shopping experience. Greet every customer with a smile when the customer enters the sales floor.
Qualifications and Skills:
Researching abilities using Google Lens and other online platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Reliability & Trustworthy is a must in this position. You need to show up.
Speed and accuracy with a sense of urgency to meet your daily numbers.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities are critical components.
Prior experience in e-commerce or product listing is desirable but not required.
