The Administrative Director (AD) manages the administrative duties of the agency and assists in meeting the needs of the clients. This position reports to the Site Director and Executive Director (ED). The AD position is 30=40 hours per week, except for hours based on clients’ needs.
QUALIFICATION: Must have a pro-life stance and be a professing Christian.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. The AD shall support the mission of the organization and represent Inheritance Adoptions in a positive manner in public and private settings.
2. Must be willing to support the philosophy of adoption and a pro-life stance.
3. Must exhibit a Christian lifestyle and be a member of a church within Christian principles.
4. Must not have any behavior or health status that would endanger children or adults in any way.
5. Must have a clear criminal background.
6. Must agree to a random drug test.
7. Ability to work nights and weekends.
FUNCTIONS:
1. Provide intake and assistance to clients in the Inheritance Blessings program.
2. Perform initial intake packet and needs assessment.
3. Creating needed files for all clients, including acquiring all necessary documents for files and filing documents.
4. Posting on all social media sites.
5. Input data on the agency website.
6. Keeps the office organized and supplied & handles mail.
7. Ensure that our promotional materials are displayed at doctors’ offices, low-income housing, government assistance offices, and others deemed necessary by staff.
8. Participate in community booths, events or speak to groups on behalf of the agency.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
