Our Marathon City location is seeking experienced Winder Machine Operators for die cutting pressure sensitive labels. In this role, you will be responsible for setup and operation of a winder machine and inspecting final material produced for accuracy and quality.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Make production machines ready for production
- Load stock or splice label stock to stock loaded into machine
- Add/remove rollers and press plates as necessary
- Make ready and operate die cutter
- Adjust slitter blades as necessary
- Inspect product for accuracy, quality and correct standards
- Clean machine and components as necessary
REQUIREMENTS:
- Self-motivated, detail oriented, organized and mechanically inclined individual
- Ability to read, interpret work orders and specifications
- Ability to produce quality work within company productivity standards
- Ability to work independently and/or a team player
- Proven attendance and dependability

SHIFT:
- 2nd shift: (2:30pm - 11:30pm/Monday - Thursday & 2:30pm - 6:30pm/Fridays)
- Overtime scheduled as needed, may need to train on 1st shift
- ***Shift differential for 3rd shift of $1.00 per hour
Pay: $21.00 per hour
