Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and place orders as needed to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle cash transactions accurately using retail math skills; process payments via cash or card
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering events or banquet service to ensure timely food and beverage delivery
- Uphold responsible alcohol service policies, including checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication
- Assist in training new team members on POS systems, customer service protocols, and food safety procedures
- Contribute to a lively atmosphere by promoting specials, upselling beverages, and engaging with patrons
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; previous cashiering or cash handling experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest interactions professionally
- Ability to multitask efficiently in high-pressure environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations
- Experience with food handling, brewing processes, catering events, or retail math is advantageous
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts

Pay: $22.54 - $27.14 per hour
