Do you have any interest in learning how to flip houses? Join our team of experienced real estate investors who have flipped hundreds of houses across the state of Missouri. No experience or real estate license is required.
The Acquisition Specialist is primarily responsible for:
- Visiting upcoming foreclosure houses on a daily basis across the state of Missouri (use of company vehicle provided)
- Preparing detailed budgets of estimated repairs
- Reviewing comparable properties in MLS to determine after repair value (ARV)
- Analyzing multiple deals per day to determine max bids at foreclosure sales
- Attending and bidding at foreclosure sales across the state as needed
- Pulling title for properties to identify liens and title issues (training provided)
- Following up on wholesale leads to identify potential deals
- Talking to homeowners and negotiating purchase contracts
- Remotely managing cleanouts and light rehab projects in remote Missouri counties
Qualifications for the Acquisition Specialist:
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Construction, Sales and/or Real Estate experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid Driver’s license
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs and drive for extended periods of time
- Ability to pass background and drug test prior to employment
