Stable, Long-Term Caregiving Position – Make a Real Impact
I’m a professional, active 56-year-old man with a C5–C6 spinal cord injury living in Tempe. I’m looking for a reliable, consistent caregiver to assist with my daily morning routine so I can continue to live independently and stay active in my work and community.
This is a long-term position with steady hours and a predictable schedule.

Schedule (Morning Shift – Consistent):
Monday – Friday
4:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
Approximately 35 hours per week
Early shift = your afternoons free every day
Ideal for students, second-job seekers, or early risers
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with morning routine (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Transfers and mobility support
- Bowel/bladder care
- Meal preparation
- Occasionally drive my vehicle to work, medical appointments, or events
- General daily support
No experience required – paid training provided

Requirements (Must Have):
- Valid driver’s license (for occasional driving of my vehicle)
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to Tempe
- Ability to consistently work at 4:00 a.m. start time
- CPR certification
- First Aid certification
- Clean TB test
- Fingerprint clearance
