As a traffic coordinator, you’ll assist the project management (PM) team with project progress, client communication, and help tickets through our support system. Traffic coordinators should have production experience and strong written and verbal communication skills. This team member is expected to help the team keep projects on scope and on time with project oversight.

- Uphold agency standards and best practices
- Act as a point of communication between energyhill teams and external resources
- 1+ year in either traffic coordination of design or marketing projects
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Experience using task-oriented, collaborative software (Word, Basecamp, Harvest, Filestage, Powerpoint, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with managing clients and teams
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- HubSpot certification or other project management certifications (preferred)
