Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and will be committed to providing high-quality behavioral therapy to children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. This role requires a professional who is skilled in patient assessment, data collection, and medical documentation while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
Duties
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Implement and oversee behavioral therapy programs based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavioral interventions and strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in the field of behavioral health.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities, is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of special education practices and behavioral health principles.
- Proficiency in data collection methods and medical terminology related to patient care.
- Familiarity with intake processes, diagnostic evaluation techniques, and medical documentation standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: $124,800.00 - $135,200.00 per year
