Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Yoga, Movement, or Mobility Coach to inspire and guide individuals on their wellness journeys. Whether you are just starting out, or have an existing clientele, we can help. Specifically hoping to fill early morning time slots on the mats of existing 7.5 year old company.
We are looking for someone who can adapt traditional Yoga, Mat Pilates, or Mobility, into a Sports oriented curriculum, instead of being as tranquil and spiritual as many traditional Yoga programs.
We train Kickboxers and MMA fighters in our facility, and want to make this class attractive to Them, as well as any others who are seeking to enhance their own strength, balance, flexibility, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities
- Lead group fitness classes in yoga, mobility, or functional movement techniques, ensuring proper form and technique demonstration
- Provide clear instruction and hands-on guidance during exercise routines to maximize safety and effectiveness
- Motivate clients through positive reinforcement, coaching them to achieve personal milestones
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs accordingly to ensure continuous improvement
- Maintain a safe environment by adhering to health and safety protocols, including first aid and CPR procedures when necessary
- Foster excellent client communication to understand individual needs and provide exceptional fitness customer service
Requirements
- Certification in Yoga instruction, Pilates, CrossFit, or related movement disciplines; additional certifications in anatomy, biomechanics, physiology or sports coaching are equally acceptable
- Experience teaching group fitness classes or personal training with a focus on mobility or functional movement is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of body mechanics, anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics to ensure safe exercise execution
- Proficiency in program design tailored to diverse client needs and fitness levels
- Ability to perform physical activities including heavy lifting, manual handling, dancing or sports coaching as needed
- Current certifications in CPR/AED and first aid are a big plus.

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
