CDL-A Local Drivers — Home Daily | San Antonio / Laredo Area | Premium Pay Structure
We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a dedicated local operation serving the San Antonio / Laredo corridor. This position offers daily home time, a static schedule, and a tiered pay package that rewards experience, night work, and weekend availability.
Home Time & Schedule
- Home daily
- Day & night shifts available
- Weekend work as required by freight
- Two consecutive days off each week
- Static, predictable schedule
- Local service lanes in and out of customer facilities
Pay Package (Based on Experience)
- 3–24 months: $0.37 CPM
- 24–36 months: $0.38 CPM
- 36–48 months: $0.39 CPM
- 48–60 months: $0.41 CPM
- 60+ months: $0.43 CPM
Additional Pay & Premiums
- $40 spiff per customer-paid load
- Night premium: +$0.06 CPM
- Weekend premium: +$0.12 CPM
- Stop pay: $20 per stop
Weekly Earnings
- Average $1,500 per week
- Consistent weekly mileage
- Earnings increase with experience and premium shifts

Requirements
- Class A CDL
- Minimum 4 months experience
- Clean driving record
- Comfortable with local operations and customer facilities
