Practice Administrator – Fresh Face & Eye (Chatham, NJ)
Fresh Face & Eye, a high level, reputable brand medical aesthetics and surgical practice in Chatham, NJ, is seeking a dynamic Practice Administrator. This is a rare opportunity to join an established, surgeon-led team renowned for clinical excellence and five-star patient experiences, with imminent plans to expand to a second location.
As our Practice Administrator, you’ll be the responsible for elevating every aspect of practice management, from patient flow and staff development to financial oversight, compliance, and practice growth. You’ll work side-by-side with our providers and owners to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and help chart the course for our next phase of expansion.
We are searching for a proactive, solutions-driven professional with a proven track record in high-end medical aesthetics or plastic surgery settings. The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of leadership experience in an established, well-performing practice, with a demonstrated ability to foster team excellence, drive business results, and deliver a luxury-level patient experience. Experience launching or managing satellite locations is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily operations, ensuring exceptional patient care and staff performance
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team; model professionalism and accountability
- Drive financial success through effective business office and revenue management
- Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold the highest ethical standards
- Partner with owners to implement strategic marketing and growth initiatives
- Play a key role in the launch and management of our upcoming satellite location
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications a plus
- Minimum 5 years’ leadership in medical aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, or similar cash-pay practices
- Prior experience with opening or managing a secondary/satellite medical location is highly desirable
- Strong business, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in EMR/PM, Microsoft Office Suite, and practice analytics
- Hands-on, visible leadership style with a passion for operational excellence
