Responsibilities:
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions
- Develop and review treatment plans with clients
- Complete progress notes, progress reports, discharges, and all other documentation in a timely manner.
- Participate in case review and collaborate with the therapy team
- Communicate and collaborate with referral sources and other community agencies.
- Must be willing to obtain a MCBAP development plan for CADC/CAADC
Qualifications:
- Any of the following: LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, LLPC, CADC or MCBAP Development Plan, BSW or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related field of study
- Previous experience in substance use disorder/mental health counseling or other related fields
- Master’s Degree preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong leadership qualities
Starting Pay: $20-$28/hour, negotiable based on experience, qualifications, and credentials.
