Front Desk Supervisor
Duties:
- Manage the front desk operations and ensure smooth functioning of all related tasks.
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy of information.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Train and supervise front desk staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on guest relations.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
