Shipping/Warehouse Associate
Job Description
FiTech Fuel Injection is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping/Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position plays a key role in daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, inventory management, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment.
The ideal candidate will be motivated, able to follow directions, work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, and contribute to the overall success of our warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
- Locate and retrieve products throughout the warehouse
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly
- Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
- Follow company procedures and quality standards
- Support additional warehouse and shipping tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Entry-level position with opportunities for growth
- Warehouse, shipping, or inventory experience preferred but not required
- Automotive industry knowledge is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
- Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
