Pay & Benefits
- Daily Rate: $175 – $200 per day
- Daily Bonus $10 to $20 a day $50 to $100 a week work 5 days and no accidents
- Pay Frequency: Paid weekly via direct deposit
- Bonus is awarded based on attendance, safety, and overall performance.
- Home Daily: Local routes so you’re back with your family every night.
- Training: Fully paid training to get you up to speed.
- Equipment: Well-maintained delivery trucks (No CDL required).

Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate a FedEx Ground delivery truck on local routes.
- Deliver and load/unload packages for residential and business customers.
- Use a handheld scanner and GPS for efficient route navigation.
- Maintain a professional, customer-first attitude.
- Keep your vehicle clean and report any maintenance needs promptly.
Requirements
- Age: Must be 21 years or older.
- License: Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Experience: 1 year of verifiable professional driving experience within the last 3 years (Box truck, cargo van, or similar delivery experience preferred).
- Physical: Ability to lift and maneuver packages up to 100 lbs.
- Screening: Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
- Flexibility: Weekend availability is highly preferred.
