What You’ll Do
As a Commercial Banking Quality Assurance Analyst, you will support accurate, compliant, and timely commercial loan processing by reviewing documentation, coordinating closings, monitoring collateral requirements, and resolving documentation exceptions.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Prepare, review, and coordinate commercial loan closing documentation.
· Review loan files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory and bank requirements.
· Verify borrower ownership structures, authorized signers, and required corporate approvals.
· Coordinate title work, closing requirements, and scheduling with title companies and other parties.
· Review new and existing customer files to confirm collateral documentation is complete, accurate, properly recorded, and compliant with perfection requirements.
· Request, coordinate, and track outstanding documentation for loan origination, renewal, and servicing.
· Identify and resolve exceptions promptly.
· Order and review real estate appraisals and related collateral documents.
· Provide loan processing and quality assurance support to Commercial Bankers and the Loan Operations Team.
· Prepare meeting materials, maintain tracking tools, and update management reports.
· Monitor expiring insurance policies, UCC filings, and other ongoing documentation requirements, obtaining updates as needed.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and service-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Experience in lending, loan documentation, or banking operations is preferred.
Reporting to the Credit Administration Officer, this role works closely with Commercial Bankers, customers, title companies, and Loan Operations staff. You’ll thrive in this position if you bring:
· An associate degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
· A customer-service mindset and the ability to build effective working relationships.
· Sound judgment, initiative, follow-through, and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
· Proficiency with standard office equipment and business software used to prepare, track, and maintain documentation and reports.
· The ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a collaborative team environment.
