We are looking for a high performing Home Health Sales Represenative to join our growing team.

As our Home Health Representative, you will serve as the primary clinical liaison between Mercy Home Health Services and healthcare facilities on our premier continuum of care, driving census growth across our service area.
Our Ideal Candidate:
· Cultivate and expand referral networks with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and senior living communities.
· Contributes to the revenue and income growth of the agency generating patient referrals from various referral sources
· Delivered tailored presentations highlighting our clinical programs, patient outcomes, and exceptional service standards.
· Achieve and exceed monthly census and admission goals across target areas.
· Collaborate closely with clinical and intake teams to ensure a seamless transition of care forpatients.
· Establishes and maintains relationships with agencies, organizations, and businesses to ensure effective program and service delivery
· Shares information with other staff, including nursing and office staff as necessary, to ensure optimal team performance
Job Requirements:
· Minimum of 1 year of proven success in home health, hospice, or medical sales within the Louisiana market.
· Local network established, active relationships with healthcare decision makers throughout the Northshore (Mandeville, Covington, Slidell) and Southshore (Metairie, New Orleans) regions.
· A strong understanding of Medicare guidelines, home health qualifying criteria, and OASIS fundamentals.
· Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills with a self starter, results driven attitude.
· Must be able to multi-task, and have good business and communication skills

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
