Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate TMS Coordinator and Outreach Representative to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will coordinate Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatments, ensuring seamless scheduling, patient care, and medical documentation. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule TMS therapy sessions, ensuring efficient use of clinic resources and patient flow
- Collect and maintain accurate medical records, including intake forms, vital signs, and treatment notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist patients with understanding treatment procedures, addressing questions about medical terminology and medication administration
- Conduct behavioral health assessments and support crisis intervention efforts when necessary
- Engage with community organizations to promote awareness of mental health services and outreach programs
- Gather data on patient progress through meticulous data collection and behavioral monitoring during treatment cycles
- Support medical documentation processes by recording vital signs, medication adherence, and behavioral observations accurately
Skills
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance
- Ability to perform crisis intervention effectively in high-stress situations
- Excellent communication skills for patient intake, social work interactions, and community outreach efforts
- Proficiency in data collection methods related to behavioral health and patient progress tracking
- Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills. Demonstrated.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
