Position Summary
Lead evening cleaning operations across multiple buildings, supervise staff, ensure quality standards, coach employees, conduct inspections, and respond to specialty cleaning situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise cleaning crews
- Conduct inspections and quality assurance
- Train and mentor employees
- Coordinate nightly assignments
- Ensure OSHA compliance
- Respond to emergency cleaning needs
- Assist with biohazard remediation when necessary
- Maintain inventory and documentation
- Communicate with management and clients
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience
- Bilingual - Spanish/English
- Commercial janitorial or environmental services experience
- Strong leadership and communication
- Reliable transportation
Preferred Certifications
- OSHA 30
- Bloodborne Pathogens
- Biohazard Remediation
- HAZWOPER
- CPR/First Aid
- Healthcare EVS
Safety & Specialized Cleaning
Some assigned facilities provide healthcare or supportive housing services. Employees may occasionally respond to situations involving bloodborne pathogens, bodily fluids, or other regulated biohazards.
