Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure that our residential or commercial spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks, managing laundry services, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly
- Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to ensure a pristine appearance
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally
- Manage janitorial supplies inventory and restock cleaning products as needed
- Assist with light cooking or meal preparation if required for client comfort or hospitality purposes
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments, including custodial or janitorial roles
- Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures and floor care techniques
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment
- Experience with laundry services and handling various cleaning tools and chemicals safely
- Prior hotel or housekeeping management experience is a plus but not required
- Attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards
