Hello Doorstep is a locally owned Austin company providing doorstep trash and recycling services to apartment communities across Central Texas.
We’re hiring dependable part-time W-2 team members to join our growing operations team.
Position Highlights
- Work approximately 2–3 hours per evening
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
- Evening schedule: Sunday–Thursday after 6:30 PM

Responsibilities
- Collect bagged trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps
- Transport materials to on-site compactor or disposal areas using a pickup truck or trailer
- Keep trash and recycling areas clean and organized during and after service
- Use the Hello Doorstep mobile app to document service and report community standards
Requirements
- Smartphone required (iPhone or Android)
- Pickup truck or trailer required
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
- Comfortable working evening hours (6:30 PM–11:00 PM)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk stairs throughout the shift
