As a part of our Entry Level Account Manager team, we partner with leading brands like Verizon to deliver face-to-face customer solutions that drive growth and long-term loyalty.
What You’ll Do As Our Entry Level Account Manager
- Work directly with customers to introduce and explain Verizon products and services and help close sales
- Build relationships and manage customer accounts from start to finish
- Use a consultative approach to recommend the best sales solutions based on customer needs
- Guide customers through the enrollment and activation process
- Track sales activity and maintain accurate customer records
- Participate in ongoing training focused on sales, leadership, and business development with other Entry Level Account Manager team members

- Background in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sports is a plus; people with experience in military transition exceptionally well into our role!
- Previous experience in sales or account management is a plus, but not required
