POSITION SUMMARY
Experienced full time Medical Aesthetician.
Essential functions include:

Perform treatments on clients including Laser Hair Removal expanding and training for Body Contouring and Skin Rejuvenation as appropriate.

Cross promotion of treatments and services to enhance client outcomes and business results.

Maintain strong relationships with all current and previous clients.

Builds strong and ongoing client rapport.

Supports team members in a positive culture and environment.

Exceedingly high level of professionalism and dedication to clients, team and management.
Qualifications:

Licenses Aesthetician in Massachusetts or equal qualification.

Certified in medical spa laser treatments including laser hair removal.

Proven track record in client nurturing and retention.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong phone skills, written and verbal.

Must be a self-starter and hold yourself accountable for performance and results.

Willing to go the extra mile in areas to enhance the success of the clinic.
