Applicants should have a positive attitude, good work habits, good communication skills, and good attendance.
Tasks include:
- Taking inbound calls
- Making outbound calls to existing customers - NO COLD CALLING
- Processing customer orders
- Troubleshooting with customers
- Scheduling service appointments
- Some data entry
