About BuiltWell Group
BuiltWell Group is a licensed and insured general contractor serving North Atlanta. We specialize in residential renovations including kitchens, bathrooms, decks, fences, exterior improvements, and full-home remodeling. We are looking for a motivated Project Manager to oversee renovation projects from start to finish while ensuring quality, efficiency, and excellent client communication.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple residential renovation projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate project schedules, subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries.
- Estimate repair and renovation costs accurately.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Supervise field crews and subcontractors to maintain quality workmanship.
- Conduct site visits and final walkthroughs to verify project completion.
- Create and manage punch lists to ensure all work is completed before project closeout.
- Communicate project updates with homeowners and internal team members.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional job site.
- Ensure every project meets BuiltWell Group's quality standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Georgia Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Field Supervisor, Project Manager, Superintendent, or similar construction management role.
- Experience managing residential renovation or remodeling projects is strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to read construction plans and understand project specifications.
- Experience working with subcontractors and vendors.
- Proficiency with smartphones, tablets, and basic project management software.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
