This position is responsible for detailing company vehicles, assuring that vehicles are clean and ready for departure. This position is responsible for supervising and maintaining wash bay area clean and organized. Duties involve working with several mechanics and shop foremen to provide the help needed. This position will also be responsible for moving buses, fueling, and coordinating traffic within the wash bay area. The Bus Mover reports directly to the Quality Control Specialist. Duties for this position include but are not limited to:
JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cleaning interior and washing exterior of vehicles when needed
- Using necessary equipment for cleaning and servicing vehicles.
- Address any interior or exterior cosmetic damage to the supervising managers such as seats, floors, windows, etc.
- Maintaining the proper function of all service tools and equipment such as pressure washer, etc.
- Maintain wash bay clean, organized and in compliance
- Sanitize Motorcoach and restroom
- Repair and replace small plastic and other parts to ensure everything about the vehicle is in good working condition (tighten screws in seats and armrest, ect.)
- Perform inspection of cleanliness of vehicle (windows, door jams, trunk, vacuum, luggage compartment, etc.)
- Monitor good housekeeping
- Abide by company policies and procedures
- Pump diesel and DEF to buses

EXPERIENCE:
2 years of job-related experience preferred.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
LICENSES and CERTIFICATIONS:
Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Heavy - Exerting 60-100 lbs. occasionally, 25-60 lbs. frequently, or up to 10-20 constantly.
- Variable Schedule/Overtime – Person in the position is required to work evenings and/or weekends or is required to work overtime. Constantly - 2/3 or more of the time
