As a Sales Representative, you'll receive hands-on training covering deregulated energy, customer communication, and consultative selling techniques. Every Sales Representative learns how to simplify energy choices into clear, practical recommendations that help customers feel confident about their decisions. Through daily interactions, each Sales Representative contributes to customer satisfaction while supporting long-term relationships and overall business growth.
Core Functions of the Sales Representative
- Welcome customers inside retail locations and introduce fixed-rate energy options through professional, personalized conversations.
- Explain available energy plans in a simple, approachable way that helps customers compare options with confidence.
- Guide customers through enrollment while ensuring accuracy, transparency, and a positive experience from start to finish.
- Participate in ongoing Sales Representative training focused on communication, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
- Answer questions about pricing, account options, and available services while building trust with customers.
- Create a positive in-store environment that encourages meaningful conversations about managing household energy costs.
- Maintain organized customer records and follow-up activities while supporting ongoing relationship development.
- Collaborate with fellow Sales Representative team members to achieve individual and team performance goals.
